By continuing to browse the My Juice Programme website and/or purchasing a product from this site, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
Full payment must be received in full prior to your purchase being dispatched.
We accept the following methods of payment:
- All major credit and debit cards through our merchant services provider SagePay
We offer delivery to all UK mainland addresses. All deliveries are to your specified address (e.g. home, office, hotel, etc.). Although all effort is made to ensure you item arrives on your specified day, we cannot accept liability for late arrivals due to our couriers. It is essential that you inform us of any changes that might affect our ability to deliver the packages to you at the specified address and agreed time. Please refer to our delivery information and our Order check list prior to the full completion of your order. Next day delivery available on orders before 12pm. Orders after 12pm will be forwarded to your chosen day the following week unless otherwise stated.
For deliveries in the Highlands and Islands, please contact us on [email protected] to check delivery time scales based on postcode. Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of the product, it is not possible to deliver on a Sunday or Monday.
Whilst all attempts are made to make deliveries next day, Juice Programmes use a courier service and occasionally deliveries are up to 48 hours. We are not liable for late deliveries due to a failure of service via the courier service. Over 48 hours a full refund will be offered on refusal of the Juices.
My Juice Programme currently deliver to Mainland UK, Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands of the UK only. We are unable to process orders to Europe and Ireland at the time due to the nature of the product. Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of the product, it is not possible to deliver on a Sunday or Monday.
Damage, loss or theft of My Juice Programmes
We always ensure that your package arrives in good condition to your nominated address, if you provide an alternative delivery arrangement we cannot provide any guarantee against damage or theft. Damaged products, either through delivery or product failure, must be photographed and emailed to our email address immediately.
Storage of your Juice Programmes
Our juices are freshly made and therefore should be kept in a freezer until use. We recommend freezing the juices on once you have received them and defrost the night before use.
If you wish to reschedule your programme, we must be notified at least three days in advance of delivery date. Changing the date of your programme does not incur any additional charges within this time period.
Due to the type of product and nature of our juice programme (perishable goods), we cannot offer a refund unless goods are faulty or not as described on the website.Damaged products, either through delivery or product failure, must be photographed and emailed to our email address immediately. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 all other products we supply we offer a refund on return of the goods supplied within 7 days. You may reschedule to another date with no additional charges if we are notified of such changes at least three days prior to your start date. Cancellation can be processed up to 3 days before your chosen delivery day with a full refund. 48-24hrs before your delivery day we can allow cancellation, however, we will retain 50% of the price paid due to processing costs of the juices. Any cancellation within 24hrs before the delivery day we are unable to refund the cost to you.
Substitution of Juices
Due to some seasonal variation, failure of crops or limited supplies we are, on the odd occasion, forced to substitute or replace ingredients or even whole juices. We always substitute on a like-for-like taste and calorie basis.
Health and nutritional information
If you have any health conditions or concerns you are responsible for checking with a registered medical practitioner before doing a Juice Diet Programme. We recommend that anyone changing their diet should consult a registered medical practitioner in the first instance.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your juice programme, please contact us at [email protected]. For items that faulty, we will arrange to have them collected and you will be offered a replacement – like for like or a full refund.
