NATIONAL JUICE DELIVERY

Frozen juice programmes are shipped for via courier, Tuesday to Saturday between 8am to 6pm (when ordered before 4:00pm). Orders placed after 4:00pm will be delivered on the next available date unless stated otherwise.

Our programmes are delivered frozen and should be placed in the freezer as soon after delivery as possible. The night before you wish to start your cleanse take the next day’s juices out of the freezer and put them in the fridge. They will defrost overnight, ready for the next day. Just shake to mix the ingredients.

You will also receive a full menu with instructions on how you can make the most out of your juice cleanse. This will include the expiry dates of your juices, as well as a full calorie breakdown.

Your juice programme should remain frozen during transit, giving you enough time to unpack and place it in the freezer. Your delivery can take place between 8am and 6pm, unless you have upgraded to premium before 1:00pm service (additional surcharge will apply per item ordered). We also offer delivery on a Saturday before 1:00pm (additional surcharge will apply per item ordered).

For deliveries in the Highlands and Islands, please contact us on [email protected] to check delivery time scales based on postcode. Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of the product, it is not possible to deliver on a Sunday or Monday.

Orders received by 4:00pm GMT will be delivered the following day, unless specified differently:

RECEIPT OF FROZEN JUICE PROGRAMMES

Frozen juices are packed in well-insulated packaging, and should remain frozen during transit. Upon receipt of your programme, we strongly recommend storing frozen juices at -18 degrees (min.) Celsius (typical domestic freezer). If juices arrive partially defrosted and unopened – juices may still be transferred to your freezer, before commencing your programme. In the unfortunate event that juices arrive completely defrosted or damaged, please immediately contact us to arrange a replacement.

TERRITORIAL LIMIT

We currently deliver to Mainland UK, Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands of the UK only. We are unable to process orders to Europe and Ireland at the time due to the nature of the product.

DODDLE DELIVERY POINTS

Unfortunately, we are unable to have juices delivered to any Doddle delivery points due to the perishable nature of our juices. All our deliveries are delivered by courier straight to you.
